Mixin for BaseMachineryItem that has an OPC UA SpatialObject.

Only one spatial object per machinery item is supported.

The spatial object is not created automatically. Call _init_spatial_object with a SpatialObject during component initialization.

If the spatial object is not initialized yet, a new OPC UA node is created below Monitoring, else the existing spatial object is reused.
